These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of roofingprosmilwaukee.com (“the Site”) and the commercial roofing services offered by RoofingPros Milwaukee (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or engaging us for roofing work, you agree to these Terms.

RoofingPros Milwaukee is a Wisconsin-licensed, BBB A+ accredited commercial roofing contractor located at 1845 N Farwell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. We have operated under this name since October 2023.

1. Services We Provide

We perform commercial roofing services in the greater Milwaukee area, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial roof installation (TPO, EPDM, Duro-Last, modified bitumen, PVC, metal, coatings)
  • Roof replacement and full tear-off
  • Roof repair and emergency leak response
  • Preventative maintenance plans
  • Storm and hail damage recovery
  • On-site inspections and written estimates

Our standard service area covers Milwaukee, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Wauwatosa, West Allis, Brookfield, Greenfield, Glendale, Oak Creek, and Franklin, Wisconsin. We may accept work outside this footprint at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Verbal and written estimates are provided free of charge. An estimate is an approximation based on the information available to us at the time and remains valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The estimate is not a binding contract; a separate written agreement signed by both parties governs the work itself.

If on-site conditions differ materially from those described in the estimate — for example, unexpected substrate damage discovered during tear-off — we will pause work and provide a written change order before continuing. You are not obligated to accept change orders, but work cannot proceed without your authorization.

3. Contracts and Payment Terms

All work is performed under a written agreement that specifies scope, materials, schedule, total price, payment milestones, and warranty terms. Standard payment milestones are: a deposit on signing, a progress payment at material delivery, and a final payment within 10 days of substantial completion. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Wisconsin law, whichever is lower.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, check, and cash.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a written workmanship warranty on every commercial roofing installation we perform, separate from the manufacturer’s product warranty. Specific terms (duration, exclusions, transferability) are stated in your signed contract. The workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from causes outside our control — storms exceeding the manufacturer’s wind rating, fire, vandalism, falling objects, foot traffic by unauthorized parties.
  • Pre-existing structural deficiencies in the building unless we were specifically retained to remediate them.
  • Modifications, additions, or repairs made by other contractors after our work was completed.
  • Owner-supplied materials we did not specify or approve.

5. Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (Duro-Last, Versico, GAF, Carlisle, Firestone, and others) are issued directly by the manufacturer and governed by their terms. We register your roof for the applicable manufacturer warranty as part of the project closeout when required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except for our workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including business interruption, lost profits, or loss of use. Some of these limitations may not be enforceable under Wisconsin law; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

7. Photos and Marketing

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before work begins, we may photograph our completed work on your property for use in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials. Photos will not identify your business by name or include any signage, license plates, or personally identifying details without your separate written consent. If you would like to opt out, email enquiry@roofingprosmilwaukee.com before your project starts.

8. Website Use

You may browse the Site for personal or business research purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass any security feature.
  • Use the Site in a way that interferes with its operation for other users.

All content on the Site — photos, written copy, project case studies, logos — is owned by RoofingPros Milwaukee or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site links to external sites including Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, BBB, Yelp, Angi, the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services contractor lookup, and manufacturer warranty portals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing suit, you agree to first contact us in writing at the address above and provide us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes are resolved through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue available legal remedies subject to the venue clause above.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to give effect to its intent to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.
