We are a Wisconsin-licensed, BBB A+ accredited commercial roofing contractor headquartered at 1845 N Farwell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202. We have operated under the RoofingPros Milwaukee name since October 2023.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Quote and contact requests. When you fill out a form, call (414) 360-4046, or email enquiry@roofingprosmilwaukee.com, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the roofing work you are considering.
  • Project records. If you become a customer, we keep records of inspections, estimates, signed contracts, invoices, payment receipts, photos of the roof we worked on, and post-installation correspondence.
  • Reviews and testimonials. Where you submit a public review on Google, Yelp, BBB, Angi, Facebook, or any other platform, the content you publish there is governed by that platform’s policies, not this one.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city level), device type, and referring source. We do not link this data to a named individual.
  • Cookies. Our site uses cookies for session management, analytics, and (where you opt in) advertising retargeting. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site functions may not work as expected if you do.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for up to 90 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your quote request, schedule an on-site inspection, and deliver an estimate.
  • To perform the roofing work you have hired us to do, including subcontractor coordination where applicable.
  • To send transactional messages — appointment confirmations, schedule changes, invoices, warranty notices.
  • To send occasional marketing emails (only if you opt in). Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • To improve our website and services through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
  • To comply with Wisconsin contractor law, tax law, and insurance requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Customer project files: retained for the lifetime of the manufacturer warranty plus 3 years, as required for warranty defense.
  • Financial records: retained for 7 years to satisfy IRS and Wisconsin DOR requirements.
  • Analytics data: aggregated retention; identifiable session data is purged after 14 months.

6. Your Rights
